Eliott Taillandier | CEO
Eliott is an adventurous, open-minded, and independent French student, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the renowned Essec Business School, Singapore Campus. During High-School, he collaborated with an SMB, leading to a 500% increase in sales. Specializing in business management, Eliott enjoys sharing his unique understanding of the global economy and relationships with the world. He already wrote several articles and a book, which he envisioned nearly seven years ago. Always keen on applying his experience to new ideas, the founding member and President of the Investors Club already brings change to the Asia-Pacific Campus.
Eliott's interest in investing is originally motivated by the will to learn and perfect his understanding of global markets, as well as applying his geopolitical knowledge to a portfolio. His favorite investments are focused on electric carmakers, green energy providers, and leveraged Indices ETFs selling. He describes his approach as "journalistic" as he bases his decisions on an in-depth analysis of a precise situation.
Kartik Vashist | VP
Kartik is an energetic, determined and an essential member of the team. He is always motivated and inclined towards excellence. During High School, Kartik was actively taking up leadership roles, starting his own projects and his own ventures. In one of his most successful projects, he and his team were able to successfully crowdfund 18000$(USD) for the purpose of donating it to an Institute which educated underprivileged children and orphans. He also made sure to acquire more than sufficient work experience in various business-related industries, which has helped him grow a business savy mentality. Kartik has also stepped into the entrepreneurial field by opening two online businesses at a young age. He loves to try out and learn new things which can help him grow as a person and is always ready for new challenges and new experiences.
Grigory Kuznetsov | SAO
Grigory is a young, diplomatic and ambitious student specialising in entrepreneurial concepts of business. In Europe, he gained a Cambridge Secondary Diploma and an International Baccalaureate Diploma with excelling awards for extra-curricular activities. With over 13 MUN’s, 3 MEP’s and a UN Summit behind him, Grigory shifted his political and debating focus onto commerce in South-East Asia. Within a month of his presence in Singapore, Grigory earned certification in Venture Capital analysis and became a Student Ambassador & Representative of his honourable ESSEC Business School.
Regarding his investment background, Grigory has been active on the European stock exchanges in the last three years - strongly focusing on the banking industry with a long-term passive strategy on dividend growth. However, Grigory could not resist the lively crypto market and approached this in a more aggressive and bull-ish manner. This is where he has his fun.
Alexandre Loo | SA
Alexandre is a bright, pro-active and enthusiastic individual whose academic excellency has led him in pursuing a double diploma at ESSEC Business School and Peking University under the Future Leaders Program.
Having spent more than 18 years in Singapore, Alexandre took many leadership positions and is specialised in working in an entrepreneurial environment. From being a student ambassador in two institutions to co-founding an apparel business, his experience played a critical role in the fast implementation of the ESSEC Investors Club. His competency in finance, management and marketing concepts not only laid out the necessary pillars for the group but also prepared it for growth. Overall, he aims to make the club big.
